Our Metro East, Illinois client is in search of an Accounting Manager to lead their accounting department.

                  

Title:

Accounting Manager

                                                                                   

Duties:                                                            

- Manage all general accounting and all cost accounting duties for the 

  department

- Establish and maintain all internal control procedures

- Develop, train and manage accounting personnel                                                   

- Responsible for financial reporting and analysis

- Responsible for forecasting and budgeting

- Work with multiple departments throughout the company                                                

- Manage inventory control procedures  

- Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested by Sr. Management

                                                                            

Minimum Requirements                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

- Bachelors Degree in Accounting                                             

- Minimum 7-10 yrs of experience

- Extensive cost accounting background      

- Manufacturing background preferred

- Management experience                              

- Some travel required

                                                                                                             

Compensation:

65-75K
