<UL>
<LI><FONT face=Georgia>Maintaining General Ledgers and financial statements.</FONT>
<LI><FONT face=Georgia>Performs, assists, or supervises others in AR, AP, reconciliations, cash receipts and deposits.</FONT>
<LI><FONT face=Georgia>Monitors expenses and suggests effective cost saving procedures.</FONT>
<LI><FONT face=Georgia>Assists in preparation of budgets and cash flow projections.</FONT>
<LI><FONT face=Georgia>Primary lead for annual audit processes.</FONT>
<LI><FONT face=Georgia>Monitor multiple bank accounts and communicate to ensure proper and timely payment.</FONT></LI></UL>
<P><FONT face=Georgia>To perform this job successfully, the incumbent must possess strong organizational skills, ability to multi task in a fast paced environment, and be detail oriented. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including excel spreadsheets and accounting software is required. Possession of a BS or BA in accounting, a CPA, 5 years experience in accounting and 1-2 years experience in management is required. </FONT></P>
