JOB TITLE: Grants Administrator for Private and Government Grants

Accountability Review:
Ø Controller
Position Overview:
Provide leadership and support in all areas of grants administration. Provide support in all areas needed in the Accounting Department. Duties and Responsibilities including, but not limited to the following:
Ø Overall accounting for private and government grants
Ø Monthly invoicing and financial reports to agencies
Ø Monitor grant status and report to program managers and upper management
Ø Office supply tracking and ordering within company policy
Ø Provide monthly report to program managers
Ø Review daily data entry for internal control
Ø Review payroll allocations every payroll
Ø Insures all necessary documentation is provided
Ø Individual accounting projects
Ø Additional duties may be assigned
Experience and Core Competencies:
Ø Minimum of 5 years accounting experience or Bachelors Degree in Accounting
Ø Must have federal grant experience, able to handle multiple projects at once, ability to meet deadlines, detail oriented and able to conduct a single action audit in conjunction with the controller.

COMPENSATION: $40,000 – $52,000 a year based on experience plus a competitive health care package and 401K matching program
