Are you interested in working for a successful Investment Firm located in the wonderful San Francisco Bay Area? Our premier client is seeking to hire a competent Accounting Manager. This position will be reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. Accounting Manager Responsibilities Include: Bank and financial account reconciliations for financial reporting Payroll and bonus processing through outside payroll preparation service (ADP) Cash Receipts processing and bank deposit preparation Cash Disbursement processing for check signing review performed by CEO Retainer processing and billing preparation based on CFO communication with MDs & Directors Expense report processing and billing preparation based on CFO communication with MDs & Directors

Qualifications :
Job Requirements: 401(k) payroll deduction reporting for all regular & bonus payrolls Accounts payable coding review and processing Monthly consolidated financial preparation State & Federal tax return information provided as required for tax return filing Preparation of Monthly Expense Report Summary Monthly payroll reporting for workers compensation insurance requirements Supervision of workers compensation annual audit by insurer Pension Plan Administration including preparation of quarterly and year end compliance testing information Bank account balance monitoring and balance transfer to optimize interest income earned on balances held If you are interested in inquiring on this Accounting Manager opportunity, please submit your resumes to Rick.Gutierrez@RobertHalf.com
