My client is a $16 Million socially responsible non-profit They are looking to hire a new Accounting Manager based in DC. You will be reporting to the CFO covering the following duties; Preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements Preparation of the monthly and annual budget and forecasting process Manage the finance and accounting team covering AP, AR, Payroll Manage all aspects of the general ledger Maintain the fixed asset and depreciation schedules Prepare all relevant tax return (federal, state, local and personal property) Cash Management Preparation of all documentation for external auditors
Qualifications :
To be considered for this great opportunity you should ideally possess a BS degree, (CPA or working towards preferred), minimum two (7) years relevant experience working for in either public accounting or experience with non-profit organization.
