Metro area Manufacturer and Distributor of consumer and business to business products is seeking an Accounting Manager capable of tracking to Assistant Controller. The ideal prospect will offer strong GAAP and some exposure to international business and accounting standards.

Responsibilities will include management of the corporate consolidation for several distinct business entities, reporting financial results and presenting performance analyses as requested by the Controller or CFO. A Manager out of one of the Big-4, with a manufacturing client mix, is encouraged to respond.

Requirements:

BS required with an MBA or MS Accounting desirable. Some Public Accounting experience is required. 10+/- years of experience, with recent group management desired. CPA or eligible to become certified is desired. Recent experience in a larger manufacturing setting or in support of manufacturing clients is required. Large ERP applications knowledge and strong Excel are required. Knowledge of Hyperion would be a plus.
