As our Accounting Manager based out of vibrant downtown Colorado Springs, CO you will work closely with our Controller and play a hands-on role in our accounting department, including managing an accounting team of AP and AR Specialists. As an Accounting Manager for Think Services, your primary mission is to the maintain integrity of financial statement accounts for ICMI and HDI. Your previous general ledger experience will enable you to manage all month-end reconciliations, including preparing expense allocations and reviewing accruals for completeness. A background with forecasting, budgeting and analysis will be key as you prepare monthly budget versus actual variance analysis and reporting. Intermediate Excel skills will be necessary in order to prepare weekly revenue booked reports, bi-weekly flash reports and other special reporting requests from senior management. Prior experience with Oracle and QuickBooks will be a plus, although knowledge of another accounting system will also allow you to hit the ground running. A background in successfully managing accounting staff members is important as we look to you to lead our AP/AR functions and staff. Your impressive communication skills will allow you to effectively interact with our senior management and directors.
