One of DC's most prestigious institutions has an opening for a seasoned accountant to manage the entire financial process for a subsidiary unit dealing with learning and education.   Candidate will act as business manager and advisor to program personnel in the field and perform financial reporting and GAAP compliance to HQ.   Knowledge and experience in accounting for Federal and Private grants is crucial in this role.   This will initially be a hands on role with the ability to hire 1-2 staff in the near term.

Requires BS in Accounting and CPA with 5+ years of experience.   Large non profit or public accounting experience is preferred.

70-80K + stellar benefit package
