We are currently on the hunt for a career minded Accounting Manager for a growing full-service CPA firm based in Harrisburg, PA. In addition, the firm is associated with the following entities with a personnel presence in Raleigh, Indianapolis, Denver and Austin as well as the foreign operations. The firm and the software development operations have been in existence for over twenty years, have excellent reputations and provide a unique expansion opportunity for an enterprising individual. The right individual is not afraid of challenges and looks forward to expanding the Accounting, Auditing and Tax functions of the group of entities to other geographic locations.

Order and credit card processing for multiple State’s. Currently supplying back office operations for the state of Texas.

Mahkah Medical Systems, LLC

Indian based software development, LLC with offices in Pune and Delhi.

Genesis Systems-Ukraine, LLC

Ukrainian based software development, LLC with offices in Kiev.

For this role, we are seeking a talented CPA with seven or more years of public accounting experience and an uncanny ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment.

We are looking for an individual to join our team who:

ü Has excellent time management and organizational skills

ü Possesses a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree

ü Is a licensed CPA (licensed in PA or able to be licensed in PA)

ü Has International or large Regional experience

The individual will be responsible for all accounting/financial functions including:

ü Interfacing with Executive Management and In-house Counsel to develop comprehensive Corporate Goals

ü Planning, supervising and completing tax, audit and consulting engagements

ü Supervising accountants and providing feedback to them and evaluating their progress

ü Reviewing engagement work products for completeness and accuracy including workpapers, tax returns and financial statements

ü Developing recommendations for clients to enhance business operations or wealth accumulation

ü Being an expert in audit and tax

ü Maintaining and strengthening existing client and referral relationships

ü Developing new client contacts and relationships beneficial to the firm

ü Assisting in firm administrative functions as assigned by the owners

ü Overseeing and assuring compliance with continuing education for all staff

ü Recognizing opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients

ü Supervising members of the firm fulfilling the Controller and Internal Audit functions for the group of related entities

ü Interacting with foreign Chartered Accountants and Company Secretaries

Compensation
