We are hiring an Accounting Manager/Controller to oversee and manage all accounting functions of our manufacturing operation including the four staff members reporting directly to this position.   Specific areas of responsibility include cost, revenue, A/P, A/R, payroll, fixed assets and inventory.  This is a hands-on professional position with key responsibilities to include monthly journal entries and reconciliations, developing and analyzing standard costs, monthly tracking of work centers, developing and maintaining inventory management and costing procedures, analyzing plant production performance, profitability and operational analyses, and forecasting.
