DESCRIPTION 

ACSYS Inc. is currently looking a Staffing Consultant for our Rockville, MD project staffing practice. As a key member of the Acsys staffing team, you will be responsible for using creative recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates in the field of accounting and finance. You will source for professional candidates to fill both current and future job openings. Additionally, you will evaluate and match candidates with open positions. Our Staffing Consultants are also responsible for managing accounts through building relationships with hiring managers at client companies. You will be responsible for managing relationships with employees who are working on project positions for ACSYS. You must be comfortable interacting with high-level decision-makers, such as CFO’s and Controllers.

Qualified individuals should have:

Bachelor's Degree 2+ years of professional staffing experience or experience in a similar sales or service capacityMust have solid average tenure of 2+ years at each position held Strong motivation and drive for success

Desire and ability to work in an activity driven team environment

Above average organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Demonstrated problem solving ability and ability to think independently

Exceptional interpersonal skills
