Position Description

This business development professional will drive market share through creative and professionally aggressive marketing and business development methods in an assigned territory. The right candidate will identify and qualify prospective clients, give client presentations, and build relationships and provide a consultative sales approach to key decision makers in order to sell staffing services.



The ideal candidate has:

2+ years outside sales experience; preferably service-oriented, business-to-business sales BA/BS Degree Strong communication, listening, and customer service skills Goal oriented Experience making a high number of outbound calls Experience selling in an environment where repeat business is critical
