Publishing Division of Premiere International Conglomerate is looking for a Senior Accountant/Analyst. Responsibilities will include:

*Prepare internal management reports, consolidated financial statements and perform B/S analysis.

*Prepare and analyze divisional p&l's.

*Evaluate and enhance internal controls/processes and participate in systems enhancements.

*Liaison with internal and external auditors and make presentations to senior management.

*Participate in the budget/forecast and long term planning process.

*Ad hoc projects.

Requirements: 1-3 years public experience, CPA/Big Four exp a plus, must have strong interpersonal skills and a strong understanding of GAAP.
