ARG Financial Staffing is currently recruiting for the following positions:

Accounting Manager – Stable Knoxville manufacturer.  $50-$60K

Audit Manager - CPA required.  5-6 years experience.  $65-$80K

Audit Senior - CPA preferred, but not required.  3-4 years experience.  $48-$60K

Collection Specialists – Two opportunities available (one position requires candidate to be fluent in Spanish), 2+ years experience, business-to-business collections strongly preferred, call center and banking experience a plus, good math/accounting skills, detail oriented, team player, industrious, proficient in Microsoft (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), general reports, coding, keying data.  $13 per hour plus $600-$800 bonus potential per month, after probation period.

Controller - Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.  Up to $80K

Cost Analyst - Minimum of Bachelor Degree with major in Accounting.  Five years prior experience in similar position in a manufacturing environment.  Experience in variances analysis, inventory control and cost accounting.  Knowledge of MRP software and Microsoft Office.  Computer literacy with spreadsheet adeptness.  Ability to analyze large amounts of data in a complex, integrated reporting system.  Work independently with a great deal of latitude, responsibility and use of judgment.  Ability to interact with all personnel across the organization.  $60-$70K

CPA - 5+ years public accounting experience.  $55-$75K

Recruiter - This position will be responsible for identifying and targeting candidates that are seeking immediate employment opportunities, evaluating those individuals and then matching them to an outstanding new job opportunity.  Are you an accountant looking to get into a more people oriented role with the opportunity to increase your income?  Excellent customer service skills required.  BS or BA Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.  Prefer 2+ years in accounting.  $35-$42K

Sales & Use Tax Manager - Must have prior experience with multi-state sales tax compliance and research.  Additionally, multi-state audit experience is critical.  CPA a plus with 10+ years experience in handling sales and use tax issues.  $75-$90K

Senior Tax Manager – Salary depends on experience.

Tax Accountant - 2+ years tax experience required.  $50-$65K

Tax Manager - $70-$80K

Vice President, Financial Services/IT - Bachelor’s degree or greater in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance. Knowledge of ERP/database/accounting computer application systems; experience in AS400, PRMS and Movex software applications a plus. Eight to ten years of experience in senior level financial management in a manufacturing setting. Exposure to lean manufacturing and continuous improvement a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent analytical and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university in business-related discipline with a minimum of eight to ten years of highly successful documented experience in financial management experience of manufacturing operations. MBA, CPA and/or CMA preferred.

Start Working Today – the following temp/temp-to-hire assignments are available:

Accountant – Temp-to-hire position.  $40-$45K

Accounting Clerk - Oak Ridge, accounts payable, excellent data entry skills required, ORACLE APPLICATION EXPERIENCE A MUST.  $11-$12 per hour

Accounts Payable/Payroll/Human Resources - $15-$17 per hour

Accounts Payable Processors - Long-term temp assignments in Oak Ridge.  $10-$11 per hour

Administrative Assistant - Responsibilities include calendar management, incoming/outgoing mail, preparing correspondence, managing multiple phone lines, listing checks for accounts receivable, maintaining files and office supplies, assisting office staff.  Position reports to Executive Vice President/CFO.  $15-$18 per hour

Collection Specialist – previous collection experience required.  $12-$15 per hour

Commercial Credit Analyst - Good credit and analytical skills and a thorough understanding of general economic theory as it relates to the lending and business environment.  Thorough level of knowledge in credit analysis, administration, policy and procedure.  Thorough knowledge of accounting and finance principles.  Strong PC skills.  Knowledge of risk analysis.  Effective communication and technical report writing skills.  $40-$60K

Interim Controller – Temporary assignment.  Salary depends on experience.

Petroleum Assistant - $12 per hour

Tax Processor - Tax experience required.  $34-$36K
