Candidates who are in the TOP 10% of their field should have a progressive background of experience, 3 years with a Big 4 or CPA Firm, Manufacturing Accounting experience, Degree in Accounting/Finance, Candidates who have or those working toward CPA, CMA, JD or other certifications and candidates who stand out due to demonstrating successes and achievements with previous companies.

Requirements:
Proven Leadership and Initiative Strong communication and interpersonal skills Accounting Degree, Master Degree in Accounting or Taxation a plus - Finance Degrees accepted as long as 18 hours has been completed towards Accounting Must have proven Accounting Track Record, no more then 4 employers spanning over a 20 year career. Seeking candidates who are committed and interested in long term career opportunities Recent Graduates with Masters in Taxation are Encouraged to Apply The company offers outstanding opportunities for advancement and growth. Position will start in Peoria, IL, but after 18-24 months may be selected to relocate to another part of the country, or potentially somewhere international. (Locations in the US might include; NC, GA, MS, IL, IN, TN or CA)
