Accounting Assistant

We are currently looking to hire an accounting assistant to support our accounting department. This position will also provide backup to the Order Processing department as needed. The position is located at our Needham, MA, office. Responsibilities include a variety of duties, including A/R, A/P, interfacing with both customers and vendors, backup order processing, use of our Macola accounting system and various other accounting and administrative duties.

Requirements:

College degree preferred

3+ years experience in accounting

Proficiency on MS Office products
