ABOUT THE COMPANY:

A Seattle based company is searching for a new accounting assistant team member. They are seeking a person with the skills and enthusiasm to help raise the bar for excellence in the industry. They value maintaining relaxed casual atmosphere, and an ambitious energetic attitude.

JOB OVERVIEW:

Tasks will include (but are not limited to):

-Customer Service

-Assisting with payroll

-Billing Clients-Accounts Payable

-Accounts Receivable

-Ordering office supplies

-Distributes information

-Office support

QUALIFICATIONS:

-College Grad or College accounting credits preferred

-Familiar with GAAP and basic accounting

-Excellent communication skills

-The ability to multi-task and great organizational skills

-Great stability

-Must have proficiency in Excel and Word
