ACCOUNTING ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
· Type correspondence, maintain and create reports and other
project-related documents, using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
· Answer and field phone calls directed to CFO
· Open, review and distribute mail
· Route and/or respond to routine Accounting matters
· Internet research
· Copying and distribution of invoicing and correspondence for projects
· Track project set-up/documentation
· Coordinate with Consultants and Project Managers on invoice questions
· Arrange meetings, coordinate schedules (both in-house/team for coordination as well as with clients & consultants)
· Set-up and clean-up conference facilities for CFO meetings
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum five years secretarial experience; strong background in office procedures; 60+ wpm, STRONG skills in Microsoft Word and Excel required. Experience in deltek vision, access, Powerpoint preferred. Must maintain confidentiality, have excellent math skills, spelling, grammar and punctuation. Strong computer technology knowledge a plus. Will be required to learn and work in Deltek Vision. Ability to work in fast paced environment. Ability to prioritize workload, and work on multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, consultants and Project Managers. Accounting background a plus.
