Well-developed verbal and written communication skills Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook Must be detail-oriented with strong organization skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Self-starter and quick learner Candidate must be reliable, honest, and trustworthy Ability to work independently Land development experience preferred Quickbooks experience preferred Experience with bookkeeping for mulitple entities is a plus
Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
A/P processing (invoice processing and check run disbursement) Bank reconciliation Financial spreadsheet maintenance Job costing General journal entries Assistance to the Controller with special projects General office and clerical work Data entry Online research for land acquisition Coordination of meetings and travel Candidate must project a professional business image through direct phone and email interaction with our company's clients and customers
