Apartment Management company has a newly created position available for an Accountant. Must be able to reconcile balance sheets and profit loss statements, advise on residential real estate financial status, analyze financial transaction records, prepare internal and external financial reports, record complex business transactions, review invoices for proper account coding.

Must have a Bachelor's Degree, advanced knowledge of computer applications related to real estate accounting, highly developed writing, problem-solving and analytical abilities required. . Experience in MRI software is preferred.
