A growing company in the Downtown Greensboro area needs a strong, driven accounting manager to support operations accounting by managing various processes to insure accuracy and timelines of  financials.  This includes various account reconciliations, G/L functions, audits and report preparation.

         Supervise, coach & mentor (2) bookkeepers.

 ·        Review G/L & approve reclasses.

·        Review & approve fixed asset & major expense classifications.

·        Review & validate financial statements for accuracy and trends.

·        Reconcile the balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis.

·        Manage tax & insurance escrows.

·        Prepare tax/audit work papers.

·        Prepare accrual JEs

·        Prepare  tax reports for consultants.

·        Complete LLC filings.

 

Salary/Pay Rate: 62,000-68,000
