Due to our growth, we currently seek a Property Management Accountant to manage the accounting & financial functions of a portfolio of multi-family properties.

Duties include the transition of the accounting functions of projects under construction into property management, monthly journal entries, accruals, GL account analysis, cash management, month-end closings, reconcile bank statements, financial reporting, assist in year-end audit, communication with

Ideal candidates will have:

Bachelor's Degree preferably in Accounting Strong skill with Microsoft Office products; Excel, Word Outlook 4+ years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills
