Requirements:

·   Must have 2 or more years of recent (within the last 6 months) experience in and cost accounting procedures, concepts and principles.

·   Must have a Bachelors Degree

·   Corporate accounting exercise is required

·   Compliance audit experienced desired

Job Description:

·   Assist with the preparation and review of a monthly financial and analytical reporting package. 

·   Verify and analyze account activities against budgets.

·   Assist with the compilation of the 10Q/10K reports and supporting data to ensure accurate and timely filings.

·   Assist in the compilation and reporting of capital expenditures, compared to feasibilities, product line P&Ls, platform P&Ls, hotel chain P&Ls, and product segmentation. 

·   Assemble analytics or metrics to measure applicable payback or return ratios, and assembly of monthly capital/asset reporting package.

·   Assist in the period closing process as necessary. 

·   Duties could include reviewing month end tasks completed by lower level staff, researching and correcting budget variances or unusual account activity as assigned by management and assistance with financial statement preparation and distribution.

·   Assist with compliance and financial audits. Provide support to team leads with SEC compliance under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act by creating flowcharts outlining various business cycles, and developing and documenting policies, procedures, and work instructions.

·   Adhere to and assist with compliance of the Companys policies, procedures and internal controls.
