Major Duties and Functions Include: Perform GAAP and STAT accounting and reporting for the Real Estate Joint Venture Investment Portfolio. Analytical review of results, reconciliations of investment balances to third party records, transaction research, joint venture consolidations, impairment analysis, real estate subsidiary accounting and financial statement preparation, equity method accounting and STAT investment schedule preparation. What You Need to Succeed:

BS in Accounting or Masters in Accounting is preferred Minimum Two year full cycle accounting experience Ability to effectively work as part of a team as well as independently and manage multiple projects with predetermined deadlines Excellent oral and written communication skills Some Public accounting experience (preferred but not required) Experience in the real estate industry (preferred but not required) Experience in accounting for partnership and equity method accounting (preferred but not required) Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point etc.) is required Exposure to PeopleSoft, FARO, MRI and Hyperion is preferred
