About the Position:
We are seeking a Tax Accountant to join our client's team of professionals. The Tax Accounting will be responsible for review/preparation of tax returns. Must have 5+ years of experience including, tax research, tax planning and write-ups. Experience with gift, trust or estate taxes is a plus. Public accounting experience and is preferred.

We are also seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with 5+ years of experience. Experience must include: payroll preparation, financial statements, general ledger, bank reconciliations, financial reports, PNL, balance sheets, income tax preparation and consolidations. Bookkeeping for multiple companies is a plus. Public accounting experience and is preferred; Quickbooks experience is also a plus.
 
Location:
This position is based in downtown San Antonio, Texas.
 
Compensation:
