Responsibilities:

1. Use of Quick Books Online.
2. Review profit and loss statements.
3. Prepare monthly journal vouchers.
4. Reconcile accounts to determine accuracy and adequacy of general ledger and account balances.
5. International & domestic Shipping procedures, and communications with freight company.

Requirements:
• Previews Accounting Experience
• 2-3 years of work in accounting, preferably in a role with Latin America exposure
• Understanding of USPS and freight - Shipping procedures.
• Professional – level of fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish
