As an Account Service Representative, you will provide primary point of contact to existing providers.
Key Responsibilities
* Primary point of contact for healthcare providers offering our
third party patient financing
* Day to day management of existing providers
* Proactively finding new ways to maintain and grow each unique
provider's business Utilizing consultative selling skills
* Provide training and support to provider's office staff on using
and optimizing our products and services
* Responding to provider inquiries and problems, gathering
necessary information to resolve problems.
* Utilization of contact management system to document activity
and update provider's account information
* Understand and maintain knowledge of provider's business,
competition, and latest industry news and trends
RequirementsDevelop and maintain client relationships primarily through
telephone contact
* Excellent communication skills, particularly verbal skills
* Basic computing skills, including mouse usage, keyboard usage,
launching programs, window(s) navigation
* Basic math abilities & computation skills, e.g., explaining &
calculating percentages
* Strong interpersonal skills: professional, courteous, friendly,
warm, empathic, level-headed and composed
* Flexible and adaptable to quick changing environment(s)
*Bachelor's Degree
