Peak 10, a well known and highly respected Charlotte based technology company, is looking for a dynamic individual to fill an opening for an Account Manager position in our Louisville, KY office.
The Peak 10 Account Manager (AM) is primarily an inside sales role assigned to the Louisville Kentucky market. Some outside sales efforts are a possibility. The AE will be responsible and accountable for driving sales for existing customers (over 200 customers in Louisville). The AM will represent all of Peak 10’s products and services to current clients. The existing client base includes small and medium sized businesses as well as larger enterprises in all industry segments. The AM will be responsible for prospecting within their territory and customer base, developing solutions for clients and closing business. In addition, the AM will be responsible for customer satisfaction and providing input to the business on customer and market needs
Knowledge and Skills:
- At least 3 years sales experience
- Proven track record of success
- Small/medium company experience
- I/T sales experience
- Consultative selling experience (selling capabilities rather than just products)
- Ability to call on C-Level executives
- Strong contact base and ability to convert to business
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Technical knowledge
- Knowledge of hosting or outsourcing industry
- Excellent listening, writing & presentation skills
- Ability to partner and influence
- Territory plan development & execution
