Essential Duties
•Promotes Express’ products and services by offering products to the customer and assists the customer in product and size selection.
•Places and maintains web-based orders.
•Responsible for researching and resolving complaints about merchandise quality, billing, shipping, and online policies to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
•Responds to e-mails, incoming and outgoing calls and communicates directly with customers to answer questions and resolve problems concerning orders, accounts and general information.
•Answers customer inquiries about web pages
•Adjusts customer accounts including application of payments and the issuance of refunds or credits.
QUALIFICATIONS
We're looking for customer-service oriented candidates, but we also need a unique kind of person-someone who is punctual, dependable and organized. Your ability to work with multiple computer applications, while talking to customers, is a necessity. But most important, you must enjoy listening to, analyzing and solving problems. You'll need to think on your feet, ask targeted questions, anticipate needs, and start fresh with every customer. You're the reason that customers who choose us, stay with us.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
•High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
•One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Call center experience is a plus.
