Ajilon Portland, is aggressively seeking the right candidate for an Account Manager opportunity.  To be successful you must be driven, sales oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal communications skills. The responsibilities of an Account Manager include:

Aggressively seek out new business opportunities through presentations and cold calling. Develop and cultivate networking relationships with local businesses. Identify and fulfill the needs of clients in a timely manner without sacrificing service or candidate quality. Managing a full desk of business development needs.

In order to be successful in this position the ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

At least 2 years experience in the staffing industry, or a proven track record in business to business or outside sales. Ability to sell senior level services to clients and develop business through outbound sales calls, networking, meetings, and client visits. One must be able to demonstrate success in obtaining and maintaining accounts and possess a strong work ethic.
