Responsible for managing the on-going commercial relationship between SIS and Integrator Customers.

Coordinate the response(s) to customer contracts in commercial negotiations, supporting the NBD Manager and Contracts Manager.

Responsible for coordinating flowdown of terms and conditions as appropriate to the respective Goodrich Valuestream and/or internal or external Program Partners.

Lead scope change discussions and negotiations with cutomers and partners.

Lead account management and customer satisfaction activities including the monitoring and reporting of metrics and coordinating root cause and corrective actions as necessary. 5 years experience in a contracts, account management, sales or business development role.

Knowledge of and experience in the aerospace industry preferred.
