Responsibilities as an Account Manager will include:
Planning, obtaining, cultivating and monitoring accounts Proactively developing new business Maintaining a high volume of client presentations Balancing both sales and staffing aspects of businessRecruiting top talent through networking and sourcing in the marketplace Providing career counseling to prospective and current assignment and direct hire candidates Promoting Ajilon’s staffing solutions to prospective clients in need of administrative professionals
The ideal candidate will possess the following traits:
At least 2 years experience in the staffing industry, or a proven track record in business to business or outside sales, preferably in the finance arenaThe ability to communicate clearly and effectively through verbal and written material Outgoing personality that can build relationships with clients A desire to have fun at work
