The Sylacauga, Alabama branch of Countryside Hospice has an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager.
The Account Manager is responsible for marketing hospice services to physician’s office staff, hospital discharge planners, skilled nursing facility administrators, and other referral sources within the community. The account manager acts as a liaison between referral sources and hospice and assists with presentations, evaluations, and admissions of patients at inpatient facilities, patient homes, and skilled nursing facilities.
Preference will be given to those candidates with hospice experience or experience in a similiar healthcare setting. Strong preference will be given to those candidates with either an LPN or RN license.
