Devon Consulting has been recruiting Clinical and Scientific Professionals to work at the area’s leading Pharmaceutical Company’s and their partners for over 25 years. Due to the success of our Clinical Staffing Division, we are currently looking to hire two new Account Manager’s to work out of our Wayne, Pennsylvania location.

Working as an Account Manager for Devon Consulting, you will be responsible for developing new and existing business relationships with our client base in Southeastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey and Delaware.  In addition, you will be responsible for delivering first class customer service and growing revenues for existing clients.  The Account Manager will need to be an experienced self-starter who has a proven track record of strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.

Experience:

Prior sales and phone cold-calling skills are required

Prior staffing experience is preferred

Consultative selling approach

Experience with complex, multiple level sales

Bachelor’s Degree Required

Skills:
