Sales Representative – Recruitment Management Services

The position requires an individual to partner with management, colleagues and clients to support the day-to-day sales function for our emerging organization.

You will lead the functions relating to new business development including prospecting, expanding current business relationships and support the design and creation of ongoing sales strategy. The incumbent will lead the execution of sales programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Ø      Work with Executive Management to drive lead generation program initiatives to penetrate new opportunities.

Ø      Use proven sales to deliver better quality prospects/leads by way of phone calling, email and face-to-face campaigns with prospects and clients.

Ø      Deliver sales presentations to existing and new customers in coordination with management and account managers.

Ø      Review existing customer needs to establish goals in growing business share.

Ø      Meet with existing customers to assist account managers in maintaining, growing, and improving relationships.

Ø      Represent company at trade shows or other industry events to promote the company’s services.

Ø      Reporting and metrics presenting progress of pipeline and account activities, including leads, proposals and sales presentations.

Ø      Support the development of strategic sales plan and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.

Ø      Review market and industry analysis to determine sales activity focus.

Ø      Act as liaison between other company departments for sales, marketing and account management related activities.

Ø      Perform duties as assigned.

 

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  Ø      Bachelors degree in Marketing/Management or related.

Ø      Minimum of 2 years successful business-to-business sales experience, preferably in the professional services or related industry.

Ø      Ability to integrate multiple organizational aspects including outside sales personnel, operations representatives, inside sales, customer service, and marketing.

Ø      Strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Ø      Knowledge of and communication of contractual terms and conditions.

Ø      Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality results.

Ø      Self directed and motivated with a passion for producing high quality work.

Ø      Flexibility to accommodate different personalities and professional work styles.

Ø      PC proficiency in MS Office.
