The Account Manager is responsible for:
Responding to customer inquiries promptly, identifying issues and concerns, and providing appropriate solutions.Contacting customers to resolve issues related to missing or invalid data or discrepancies with returned product.Resolving routine reconciliation issues and researching shipment discrepancies.Improving individual performance by focusing on process and procedure improvements within position.Creating and presenting quarterly business reviews for clients.
Required Skills
The successful candidate will have:
Associates degree or two (2) plus years customer service experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.Sense of urgency, attention to detail and ability to prioritize required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency with MS Office applications.
