INFORMATION ON THE POSITION
•Sell professional services, management services and product in the information technology field, particularly to network executives in the Commercial and Enterprise space for Charlotte.
•Manage a territory and be responsible for a multi-million dollar quota in both network product resale and consulting services, including strategy, design, implementation, network managed services and Cisco, Tandberg and other applicable product solutions
•Work with management to develop account strategy, close contracts and maintain excellent client relationships
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Sell Calence extensive solutions to medium-to-large companies in the region
•Maintain excellent client service
•Maintain accurate sales and staffing forecast
•Continually build opportunity pipeline
•Achieve multi-million dollar quota for both product and services
•Manage territory, including account planning and opportunity management
•Discover client business needs and propose appropriate solutions
•Work with key partners to drive associated product revenue
•Successfully negotiate contracts
•Manage allocated expense budget
INFORMATION ON QUALIFICATIONS
•2-5 years information technology sales required
•Strong network and consulting sales experience preferred
•Knowledge and strong working relationship with Cisco
•Relationships with clients in the Charlotte metro area
EDUCATION
A bachelor’s degree is required. Cisco (CCNA and Sales Essential) or similar certification preferred.
