Job Description: Lubrizol Advanced Materials, Inc., has an immediate need for an Account Manager in the Estane® Engineered Polymer business. This position is responsible for selling thermoplastic polyurethane resin into industrial markets in the Northeast region of the U.S. Territory includes: MA, Eastern NY, VT, CT, RI and NH DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and execute territory account plans for key and targeted accounts. Grow revenue and contribution margin through commercial effectiveness (pricing, payment terms, product mix, and supply contracts). Support growth initiatives for the business and introduction of new products. Develop, negotiate, and close sales contracts and agreements. Communicate throughout the organization. Comply timely and accurately with administrative requirements, such as call reports, project initiation and expense reports. Attend trade shows, conferences and group meetings. Up to 70% domestic travel.

Job Experience: SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SPECIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • B.S. / B.A. in a technical discipline such as chemistry, chemical engineering, etc. • Minimum five (5) years outside sales experience. • Minimum two (2) years experience selling to the thermoplastic elastomers industry. • Must reside in the New England area • Ability to travel as required. • Excellent communication, presentation and computer skills. • Demonstrated ability to work independently from a home office within the region. SALARY RANGE: $57,000 TO $103,000 NO RELOCATION AVAILABLE BONUS ELIGIBLE Minimum Education Required: Bachelor Years of Experience Required: More than 5 years Expected Travel Time: More than 50%
