Account Manager - Columbus, OH

You will be responsible for managing a broad range of duties for ProfitLine's Mobility product line. Your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, Client account management and Telecom invoice review, analysis, reconciliation, and processing. This position requires strong customer focus, good interpersonal skills, in-depth analytical abilities, and a thorough understanding of Client processes and ProfitLine internal work flows.

Responsibilities:

·         Establish sound Client and vendor relationships.

·         Build and maintain knowledge of client needs, requirements, and decision making architecture.

·         Ensure client satisfaction.

·         Lead and direct other ProfitLine resources in the fulfillment of Client needs and requirements.

·         Review and analyze Client Telecom wireless expenditures.

·         Prepare monthly reports for tracking usage, cost, trends, and other pertinent wireless data.

Requirements:

·         Local candidates only.

·         3+ years client facing experience managing client accounts.

·         Business degree or equivalent experience.

·         Previous A/P and GL experience.

·         Telecom experience is preferred.

·         Ability to work under the pressure of strict deadlines.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·         Proven ability to communicate, negotiate and resolve conflicts with client issues effectively.

·         Strong analytical skills.

·         Detail oriented and ability to follow through.

·         Proficient use of MS Office tools.
