OVERVIEW: The Account Manager will generate leads, build relationships and secure accounts with a wide variety of companies. The ideal candidate will be able to deal with complex, strategic sales situations. Good follow through skills are a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Identify, acquire, and retain key accounts and relationships.

* Present customized sales presentations and bids.

* Generate leads through cold calling, direct selling and field visits.

REQUIREMENTS:

* BA or equivalent

* Great organizational skills

* Motivation

* Self-starter

* An outgoing personality

* Excellent communication skills

* Prior sales and/or staffing experience is a plus
