Outside Oncology Sales Account Manager

Genoptix, Inc., headquartered in Carlsbad, CA, provides personalized services to hematologists and oncologists to enable more informed management of cancer patients downstream of diagnosis.  Medical tests based on the Company’s proprietary technology and other exclusively-licensed tests are performed at Genoptix’ licensed laboratory.

Genoptix is currently seeking an Account Manager to assist our Sales Specialist in Arkansas, Louisiana and Mississippi.    

Successful candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree (RN, Med Tech or life science degree preferred) and a minimum of 1-2 years experience selling medical diagnostics or medical devices.  Client Services and/or sales support experience interacting with office-based physicians preferred.  Requires strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills with ability to work effectively in a sales team/sales support role.  At least 50% travel is required.
