The Account Manager I develops a professional business relationship with customers.  Strengthens and maximizes the penetration opportunities by providing holistic business solutions.  Sustains existing business relationships and seeks opportunities to enhance business potential across product and service lines.  Achieves an annual 5% incremental sales goal with a base revenue between $1-3 million.  Works toward a defined sales quota by selling company products and services to existing customers from an assigned account list.  Schedules face-to-face contact with decision influencers, decision makers, end users, current buyers and new prospects.

 

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.  Minimum of one year professional selling or customer service experience.  Understanding of the customer relationship process.  Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills.  PC knowledge and capabilities (MS Office).  A business acumen that allows for an understanding of the clients business challenges and to develop a company solution to those needs.

 

v     Experience in selling office-supplies is preferred

v     Strong B2B sales experience preferred.
