Account Executive

The Account Executive is responsible for effectively identifying and qualifying business “decision makers” for BullsEye Telecom’s industry leading products and services. He/She will aggressively prospect, profile and sell VoIP services, T-1 Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), Digital Subscriber lines (DSL), Primary Rate Interface (PRI) and additional products as required to business’s in their assigned areas of concentration.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Aggressively prospects for new business relationships using a combination of the following methods:
· Cold calling (telephone and face to face)
· Networking groups and activities
· Warm market (friends and relatives) referrals and customer referrals
· Community involvement

Accurately identifies and profiles business’s that are a “fit” for BullsEye services. Prepares proposals and contracts to present to decision makers.Maintains a tight concentrated focus on their assigned territory / area of concentration.Meets all sales activity requirements as directed by their sales manager. Completes all sales reporting requirements as directed by their sales manager.Strives to complete all provisioning paperwork with 100% accuracy.   Accurately forecasts sales opportunities and activities and sets performance goals accordingly.Meets and exceeds corporate assigned quotas. Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals. Conducts sales calls to follow-up on all accounts to ensure satisfaction with BullsEye Telecom.Maintains contact with “existing” accounts to up/cross sell and mine for customer referrals. Investigates competitor products, promotions, and sales strategies and reports results to BullsEye leadership. Has a complete understanding of pricing and overall marketing practices. Attends all corporate and team training activities. Demonstrates superior knowledge and expertise of all aspects of telecom products. Understands billing, rate structures, and pricing models. Local travel required by automobile.

Must have a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor Degree (B.A.) from a four year college or university; or 1+ years outside sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong organizational skills and efficient computer skills in Word, Excel, MS Outlook and PowerPoint.

LANGUAGE SKILLS AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS Ability to read, write, follow directions, and possess above average listening skills. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from all levels within an organization. Strong interpersonal skills and a sensitivity to understand customer needs and business issues. Above average telephone skills required.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, discounts and percentage, and the ability to interpret this information.

REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a selection of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
