An Account Executive is responsible for producing national account sales and generating revenues to achieve new business growth goals for USIS- Special Investigations Unit (ISD). Responsible for overall product packaging, proposals, business relationships and managing high end accounts.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage a defined sales territory of prospects to achieve sales targets and contribute to margin requirements.
• Identify opportunities for national account business, contact decision makers, and propose solutions utilizing USIS products and services.
• Implement market strategies to gain new market share for USIS.
• Responsible for prospecting, building relationships and closing high-revenue producing accounts.
• Negotiate and close national account contracts for USIS to bring high-margin revenues from commercial services.
• Provide senior management with reports on national accounts sales progress; generate reports to analyze operations; identify problem areas and recommend corrective actions.

POSITION SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

An Account Executive must have the ability to:

• Effectively present technical solution to client and sales staff
• Make sound business decisions
• Manage multiple projects at one time
• Negotiate with sophisticated business clients and to acquire and manage national accounts

• Respond quickly to changing market needs
• Use personal computer and software applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheet, etc.)
• Work independently and collaboratively
• Work with others to resolve problems, handle requests or situations


POSITION EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years Sales  experience
• Bachelor's degree.
• Travel as necessary 25% to 50%.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

Salary commensurate with experience plus you would be eligible for 5% commission on realized revenue to be paid on a quarterly basis. USIS offers a competitive benefits package.
