Danka Office Imaging is one of the largest independent providers of office imaging equipment and document solutions in the United States.  Danka offers a wide range of state of the art office imaging, peripherals and solutions that primarily include products from premium manufacturers such as Canon, Toshiba, HP, Konica Minolta and Kodak.  Danka is building momentum and expanding sales coverage nationwide!  We are currently searching for high energy, goal driven sales professionals.


PURPOSE: This position is responsible for maintaining and developing commercial sales within an assigned geographic area to meet or exceed sales objectives established by management.  Volume to activity based approach with high market share orientation.


Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and visit prospects and customers in the assigned geographic area. Accountable for analysis of customer needs, developing solutions, creating proposals, demonstrating product solutions, and negotiating with the customers and prospects. Create a business (account) plan covering the level of activities needed in order to meet objectives in the assigned geographic area. Maintain and generate new business within existing customer accounts. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and work processes throughout the selling process. Produce accurate and timely forecasts as required by management. Engage in a planned program of self-development and training, ensuring currency in knowledge of products and sales process. Qualifications: 
Education:  Minimum High School Education, GED

Related Experience:  Minimum of six months successful business to business, inside/outside sales experience.  Candidates selling digital imaging, telecom, medical devise, technology or office products will take priority.
Exceptions:   Recent graduates (within 1 year) with sales experience or recently discharged Veterans (within 1 year) with sales acumen.
