Account Executive:

The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for the sales and management of online media programs for Walmart.com and Samsclub.com. He/She will work closely with the Client, Advertisers and our Production Team to support the planning, execution and fulfillment of new and ongoing online programs. They need to balance scope, time, risks and quality while driving a positive effort. The AE develops, sells and manages complex, multi-phased programs that need to publish on time and on budget. The ability to work on a fast-paced environment, drive monthly revenue goals, make accurate client recommendations and proactive suggestions is paramount.  This person will report to the Vice President of Business Development. The AE plays a key role in the overall direction of the agency and will be expected to develop a solid relationship with the supplier community, media agencies and other internal teams. This person will monitor the timeliness and quality of the Triad Digital deliverables to insure that client expectations are met or exceeded. 

Account Executive’s Required Qualifications:

Leadership Competencies: Strong communication skills; able to develop persuasive sales presentations and clearly and quickly communicate advertising opportunities available on Walmart.com and Samsclub.com; good presence in person and over the phone; demonstrate integrity, maturity, and set an example of constructive, positive and even-keeled demeanor; management style that reflects the values and culture of Triad Digital:

Experience: 5+ years of sales/marketing experience at top pedigree companies; Functional expertise in relevant business areas with online experience a mandatory requirement; Demonstrated track record in successfully managing across multiple projects and multiple time lines.

 

Minimum educational level: Minimum BA or equivalent in related field

Travel/Other Requirements: 25% national travel to meet at least quarterly, suppliers and agencies; Typical travel is between 2-3 days per month; Candidate needs to have flexible work hours to span the East and West Coast time zones. Typical workday is 8:30 to 5:30 pm CST.
