Product offering includes but is not limited to high quality customized Digital Video Solutions for Small and Medium Businesses. It is anticipated that this market will see significant growth (400%) over the next four years and EYESthere expects to take a leadership position in the market.

Position Description: The Account Executive will be responsible for generating business in a specified territory and ensure a high level of overall customer satisfaction. The candidate must be comfortable selling solutions in a fast paced start-up environment, where customer responsiveness & quick decisions are a necessity. The duties include sales lead follow up, lead generation, proposal development, contract negotiations and closing skills.

Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Planning; Identifies high potential sales opportunities and quickly prioritizes them. Builds rapport and educates customer with the use of proven solution selling skills. Qualifying & Analysis: Leads and develops site survey and account strategy using customer's requirement, plans, budget, and project timelines as the foundation. Funnel Management; it is expected that the individual build and manage a healthy funnel to support the assigned monthly quota. Lead follow up; leads are generated by a proven successful EYESthere Marketing Program, it is expected that the Account Executive follow up in a timely manner and document the results of the leads. Proposing & Closing; Submits and presents the customer with a proposal with their requirements as the focus. Value based selling using EYESthere solutions, justifications, and expected results to overcome objections and win the business. Ensures post sales satisfaction that enables strong customer referrals, repeat business, and build the “Raving Fans” that we strive for. Team work; works well in a team environment to ensure the successful marketing of EYESTHERE solutions.

Requirements:

2+ years accomplished sales professional with successful outside B2B sales experience Exceptional communication & presentation skills, both verbal and written. Strong MS Office software skills in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint (MS Visio is a plus) Enjoys working with new technologies and can learn new software very quickly Self-starter, Quick Study, Critical Thinking, Proactive Approach, Team Player. College degree preferred, or 5+ years relative experience. Can lift 30 pounds, walk up & down stairs, have a current & valid drivers license with current insurance. Work Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm, some overtime, (flextime available).
