SafePoint Account Executive – South Florida

General Function:

Loomis, the leader in the Armored Transit, ATM, and Cash Management Services industry, is looking for a SafePoint Account Executive to join our sales team.   As an experienced sales professional, you will provide prospects and customers with solutions to increase productivity, reduce backroom cost, and virtually eliminate shrink by selling the SafePoint solution to retail accounts in the South Florida market.  The individual we seek will be responsible for developing new and existing business throughout the South Florida marketplace to retail accounts with 1 - 50 locations.  An exemplary record of prospecting and closing new business as well as an ability to manage growth within existing business relationships is required.

 

Requirements:

A bachelors degree in business or marketing.A minimum of two years outside sales experience.Must have the ability to work effectively and creatively in a corporate structure.Understanding of Microsoft Office.Commercial Banking Sales or sales in a Service Industry a strong plus.Position is based out of our Miami, FL office.Some overnight travel may be required.

 

General Responsibilities:

This challenging position calls for a self directed and energetic person with excellent communication skills. Additional responsibilities include: Identify, target, and acquire new profitable business Ability to call on and sell our services to retailersHave the ability to sell multiple lines of business Able to build and maintain excellent relationships with accounts

 

Compensation:

Base:  $43,000 – 50,000 based on experienceCar Allowance:  $400/mo. + $ .13 for every business mileCommission:Guaranteed commission of $1000 per month for the first 90 days of employment or actual commission earned, whichever is higher.Each Sales Representative will have a monthly threshold of $2,000.00 to obtain in new sales before any commissions will be paid.  Once achieving the $2,000.00 monthly threshold commissions will be paid on all sales for that month begnning with dollar one. Each Sales Representative will have a gross monthly sales quota of $6,000.00.75% of net increase will be paid on new fuel fee and rate increases negotiated personally.  This will not include fuel fees or rate increases assessed automatically by the company.
