Avid Solutions is a leading system integrator in industrial process control.  Our team of talented engineers provides solutions to clients in several industries.  We seek a successful Account Executive to market our abilities within our focus industries in North Carolina and surrounding states.  The ideal candidate will be energized by the prospect of selling exceptional projects and consulting services, and will possess some knowledge of process control systems (DCS, PLC, HMI, and SCADA).

Your primary focus will be to close sales while supporting our profitable growth.  You will balance your time between prospecting through cold calling and networking, managing the relationship with current clients, and creating and delivering sales presentations.  Your success will be rewarded, and your input will be valued.

Requirements:

·         Demonstrated interest and ability in developing relationships with partners, clients, and co-workers

·         Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering

·         5-7 years of progressive success, selling to multiple levels, from technical clients through senior management

·         Be based in the Winston-Salem, NC office, with up to 25% overnight travel

Compensation includes:

·         Base Salary: $70k-$110k, DOE

·         Bonus Program:  20%-30% of base salary

·         Profit Sharing Program

·         Complete benefit package including medical, dental, life, disability, vacation and personal time, and 401(k).
