Job Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or equivalent 3 or more years of related experience. 1. Experience with commercial insurance account development and account management is highly preferred. 2. Strong oral and written skills; ability to actively pursue sales and have a resilient attitude. 3. Incentive-driven and energetic. 4. Goal-oriented and competitive. 5. Understands our market and competitors. 6. Understands principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminology. 7. Knowledge of personal computers, company-approved software, and business system applications. 8. Understands how to navigate the internet and intranet and assess the value of available information. 9. Interprets/analyzes financial statements. 10. Broad knowledge of customers' business and operations. 11. Understands financial results of amall business unit and how the Sales Executive job affects the bottom line. 12. Knowledge of company's vision, organizational structure, culture, philosophy, operating principles, values and code of ethics. 13. Possesses a high level of motivation to achieve necessary involvement within a team. 14.
